If you’re having trouble changing your habits, the problem isn’t you. The problem is your system. Bad habits repeat themselves again and again not because you don’t want to change, but because you have the wrong system for change. You do not rise to the level of your goals

My opinion

This books introduces multiple well working systems of habit formation. Many of them I have used most of my adult life, long before reading this book. So the methods introduced are well working ones but I feel quite well known and common. Main points of the book are anyway valid.

For who?

If you have troubles sticking on good habits this book might offer some good tips how to rely on system instead of counting on your self-discipline.
