This book is meant mostly for entertainment and maybe some inspiration. I would not use it as a direct guide for your diet, but I think it has a interesting views on food culture and how what we eat is mostly habit. Main reason to read this is that anything Penn Jillette writes is always going to be fun and inspiring. For myself, it inspired me to cook more vegan food.
